At Franchise Expo India, we strive to ensure a seamless event experience for all participants. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering.

1. Can I Cancel My Registration After Registering for the Show?

Once you complete your registration for any category, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any registration fees. Please ensure that you review all details carefully before making a payment.

2. What Happens If the Event is Cancelled?

If Franchise Expo India cancels an event, we will issue a full refund of the registration fee.

3. Can Franchise Expo India Cancel an Event?

While rare, Franchise Expo India reserves the right to cancel any expo, show, webinar, or event due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation will only occur in significant situations beyond our control.

In case of cancellation:
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
A minimum 15-day cancellation notice before the event is required for any refund requests. If this notice period is not met, no refund will be provided.
